It is assumed the pump pressure test has just been completed and pump pressure is OK.
- Reattach steel tube to shuttle valve. Make sure both steel tube nuts are tight.
- Make sure the four jack solenoid valve release levers are in the closed position. The levers should be slightly loose when closed.
- Use the pump run switch to run the pump while monitoring the pressure gauge while the pump is running.
- Pressure should be between 3400 PSI and 3600 PSI.
- If pressure is below 3400 PSI: replace the shuttle valve and retest pressure.
- Disconnect gauge and reconnect/reassemble parts in reverse order of removal.
