Lever Controlled Manual Leveling

UNDER CONSTRUCTION

100 SERIES: 1967 – Present
This is a manual, lever controlled system. This valve was only produced in a 4 lever version, one lever per jack. The Leveleze light package is separate from the valve. The new light plates are available with or without air dump. The early Leveleze light box is labeled “HWH” or “A&E”. The light box and the light panel with a lighted toggle switch had no provision for suspension air dump. The 100 series control system will work with straight-acting or kick-down style jacks.

110 SERIES: 1989 – Present
This is a manual, lever controlled system. The valve is available in a 2, 3 or 4 valve arrangement, one lever per jack. A special 4-lever valve is also available for towable vehicles. The Leveleze light system is incorporated into the bezel plate the covers the valve. The original light panel used a toggle switch and was not available for use with a suspension air dump system. It can be replaced with a current panel. The present day light panel uses a rocker switch and is available with or without suspension air dump. The 110 series control system will work with straight-acting or kick-down style jacks.

Note: For the standard 110 series valve, the individual jack fittings are in a straight line. For the towable 110 series valve, the center two jack fittings (for the front jacks) are lower than the outer two jack fittings. This valve requires a special light plate.

HYDRAULIC SWITCH SYSTEM: 2008 – Present
This system is a manual, lever controlled system. The power unit with the valve and control handles comes as a complete, one piece assembly. It is available for use with one, two or four jacks having one handle for each jack. The four valve assembly is available with a Leveleze Light package. The power unit is equipped with an auxiliary hand pump. This system is used on non-motorized vehicles for a landing gear or complete leveling system.

200 SERIES (Joystick): 1992 – Present
This is a manual, Joystick controlled leveling system. This is a totally Bi-Axis system that will always operate two jacks at a time. There are three levers. The center joystick lever controls jack extension. There are two “Operate” levers, one for the front jacks and one for the rear jacks. These are used to retract the jacks. The Leveleze light plate is mounted separate from the valve assembly. Light plates are available with or without suspension air dump. Suspensions incorporating a pilot air dump system require a special panel. This system will work with straight-acting or kick-down style jacks. This system requires a park brake on signal to function. The pump relay is controlled with a switched ground signal instead of a switched +12 signal.

210/225 SERIES (Joystick): 1996 – Present
This is a manual, Joystick controlled leveling system. This is a totally Bi-Axis system that will always operate two jacks at a time. There are three levers. The center joystick lever controls jack extension. There are two “Operate” levers, one for the front jacks and one for the rear jacks. These are used to retrace the jacks. The Leveleze light package is incorporated into the bezel plate covering the valve. This system will work with straight-acting or kick-down style jacks. This system requires a park brake on signal to function. The pump relay is controlled with a switched ground signal instead of a switched +12 signal. A separate air dump panel is required for systems needing to dump suspension air.

210 Series – Used the old style round mercury bulb level sensing unit.
225 Series – Uses the new style rectangular electronic level sensing unit.
