LEVELING SYSTEM IDENTIFICATION

When ordering parts or choosing a manual, either an owners/operator’s manual or service/repair manual, it is important to know what series system you have. Most leveling systems will have a specific “series” number. HWH has stabilizing and landing gear systems may fall into one of the “Series”

In the following sections, each series will be identified by using key components and descriptions. It may require you to locate several components to make a positive identification. For touch panel controlled systems, locating the control box and using the AP part number on the part sticker will always allow you to identify the system. If the AP part number is not available, you may need to identify the touch panel or maybe even a jack warning switch. Many of the touch panels look identical on the face of the touch panel. You may need to look at the harness connectors on the back of the panel. Several series, especially the 310 series will have different styles of control panels. There are even several touch panels that cross over between the later 510M system and the original 610 non-central grounded system

There are four basic categories of leveling system controls. Choose the appropriate category to identify your system

It is important to note most systems are available in 12 and 24 volt versions. It is important to get the proper equipment

Note: Valves, control boxes, control panels and other equipment shown are examples. It is possible there components such as these that look slightly different or function differently but are part of the same series leveling system. It is important to get the correct equipment to ensure proper operation of the system. Contact HWH Corporation if you need assistance.

You can click on a system and go directly to that system.
