THE PUMP WILL NOT RUN WHILE PUSHING THE PUMP RUN SWITCH. VOLTAGE TO TERMINAL #1 OF THE MASTER RELAY IS GOOD. THE 15 AMP PUMP RUN SWITCH FUSE IS GOOD. THE PUMP RUN SWITCH IS GOOD

Do not push the pump run switch. Check for a minimum of 10 volts between terminal #1 of the master relay (battery power) and terminals #4 (master relay) and #8 (pump relay). Terminals #4 and #8 are the relay control coil grounds. There is no ground for the relay if voltage is not present. Is voltage present between master relay terminal #1 and terminals #4 (master relay) and #8 (pump relay)?
