A MINIMUM OF 10 VOLTS IS NOT PRESENT ON THE CONTROL TERMINAL, #2, OF THE MASTER RELAY WHILE PUSHING THE PUMP RUN SWITCH.

There is an issue with the black 8501 wire from the pump run switch or its connection to terminal #2 of the master relay. Check for corrosion and tightness. Fix or repair as necessary.
