Shipping Policy

  • All sales orders are subject to a shipping charge.
  • Shipping charge is added at shipment-time.
  • Customers are charged the same volume-discounted rate that our carriers charge us. We don’t mark-up shipping rates or add handling fees.
  • Certain products are shipped using robust RETURNABLE SHIPPING CONTAINERS to prevent transportation-related damage. Returnable containers will be charged for; however, they will be credited the same amount after returned to HWH. Click here for details.
  • Certain packing material is charged for (such as export pallets and cardboard shipping tubes). Click here for details.
  • BUYER is responsible for all EXPORT RELATED EXPENSES, including but not limited to export document formalities, inland freight, embassy/consular work, terminal loading fees, air or surface freight, unloading from vessel, insurance, import duty/tax/GST/VAT/etc., import broker’s fees, chamber seals, import/export duties/fees, inspections, screenings, legalization fees/documents, licenses, and wire-transfer fees.
  • For FOREIGN TRANSACTIONS, we use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our carrier and forwarding agent.

Does my HWH WEB SITE CART include shipping?
No. Carts will not show shipping (or other special charges such as applicable sales tax) but they will be added at shipment-time.

Why is SHIPPING CHARGE UNKNOWN at order-time?
Shipping charges are based on container sizes, weights and current carrier rates which change daily. This information is only available to us on the day your order is staged for shipment.

Can you NOTIFY ME OF SHIPPING CHARGE prior to shipment?
Upon special request, we can contact you with shipping charges just prior to shipment. If we are unable to contact you, your order might be delayed.

Is there a SHIPPING CHARGE ON WARRANTY PARTS?
Yes. Warranty shipping reimbursements are subject to warranty claim review.
