Check the manual release valve lever for the jack
or jacks that are moving.
Make sure the valve release lever is in the valve closed position.
The valve release lever should be slightly loose when closed.

If the MIOM is unplugged from the valves and a jack is moving with the pump running while using the pump run switch,
replace the solenoid valve for any jack that is moving.

If the MIOM is still plugged in,
unplug the valve for any jack that is moving.

Use pump run switch to run the pump.

If a jack is still moving, replace the solenoid for that jack.
If the jack(s) do not move now with the valve(s) unplugged and the pump is running, replace the MIOM.
