A JACK OTHER THAN THE LR JACK EXTENDS. PLUMBING CHECK.

  • Label hose directly across from the LR jack solenoid of what jack extended.
  • Open the left front (LF) jack solenoid.
  • Push the pump run switch and extend the jack 1-2".
  • Close the LF solenoid before releasing the pump run switch.
  • Label hose directly across from the LF jack solenoid of what jack extended if different than the LF jack.
  • Open the right front (RF) jack solenoid.
  • Push the pump run switch and extend the jack 1-2".
  • Close the RF solenoid before releasing the pump run switch.
  • Label hose directly across from the RF jack solenoid of what jack extended if different than the RF jack.
  • Open the right rear (RR) jack solenoid.
  • Push the pump run switch and extend the jack 1-2".
  • Close the RR solenoid before releasing the pump run switch.
  • Label hose directly across from the RR jack solenoid of what jack extended if different than the RR jack.
  • Open all solenoid valves and retract jacks.
  • With all jacks fully retracted move labeled hoses to correct ports shown on diagram.
  • Loosen/Tighten hoses per instructions found here.

 

 

All jacks are plumbed correctly.
Restart test.
