THERE IS LESS THAN 12 VOLTS PRESENT BETWEEN TERMINAL #1 OF THE MASTER RELAY AND A GOOD FRAME GROUND WITHOUT PUSHING THE PUMP RUN SWITCHThe issue is with the voltage supply to the master relay. Make sure the cable connection to terminal #1 is tight and free of corrosion. Make sure the battery supply cable is good with no corrosion at the ring terminals. Make sure the batteries are fully charged. Check the battery grounds. Make repairs as necessary. | |
