A MINIMUM OF 10 VOLTS IS NOT PRESENT ON TERMINAL #6 OF THE PUMP RELAY WHILE PUSHING THE PUMP RUN SWITCH

The issue is the wire between the pump run switch and pump relay or it’s connections to terminal #6 (pump relay) and the pump run switch. Make sure the connections are tight and free of corrosion. Fix or replace the wire as necessary.
