A MINIMUM OF 10 VOLTS IS NOT PRESENT ON TERMINAL #9 OF THE PUMP MOTOR WHILE PUSHING THE PUMP RUN SWITCH

The issue is the cable between terminal #7 (pump relay) and terminal #9 (pump motor) or it’s connections to the terminals. Make sure the connections are tight and free of corrosion. Fix or replace the cable as necessary.
