Repair & Return Option

POLICY STATEMENT:
 
  • HWH PROVIDES FACTORY REPAIR ON MOST PARTS.
  • PARTS THAT GET REPLACED WILL HAVE THE SAME WARRANTY AS A NEW PART.
  • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING AND SHIPPING PART TO HWH WITH A COPY OF THE RGA PAPERWORK. (SEE SHIPPER FOR PROPER PACKING INSTRUCTIONS.)
  • CUSTOMER PAYS FREIGHT COMING IN & GOING OUT UNLESS WARRANTY.
  • UN-REPAIRABLE PARTS CAN BE RETURNED UPON REQUEST.
  • CONTACT HWH FOR RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA). (RGA IS REQUIRED SO WE CAN TRACK THE PART ONCE IT ARRIVES SO IT DOESN’T GET LOST.)
STEPS:
  VEHICLE LESS THAN 15 YEARS OLD:
   
  • HWH WILL EXAMINE THE PART AND SEND YOU AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR IT. (ACTUAL COST MAY BE MORE OR LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE BUT WILL NOT EXCEED 70% OF NEW REPAIR PART PRICE.)
  VEHICLE MORE THAN 15 YEARS OLD:
   
  • HWH WILL EXAMINE THE PART AND SEND YOU AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR IT. IF UN-REPAIRABLE, AN ALTERNATE SOLUTION WILL BE PROPOSED.
