Due to the age and obsolescence of electronic parts used in the 500 ,600, and 2K series systems, you need to review the diagnostics guides here before sending in control boxes and touch panels for repair.Often times the problem may be something like a blown fuse or due to issues unrelated to the HWH system such as no incoming power, no parking brake signal from the chassis, etc. After you have gone through the diagnostics guides and feel the problem is with the control box and/or touch panel, answer the following informational questions to assist our technicians in repairing your equipment in a timely manner. Additionally, we require that the touch panel also be sent in with any control box as many times the problem can’t be properly diagnosed without the pair together.
Due to the age, complexity, and parts availability of control boxes for systems older than 15 years (300,310,400,500, 600, 610 FET & Central ground, most 2K) we currently have a backlog on our control box repair and returns. We are currently working on them in the order received and any new ones received will be placed on the list with an unspecified time frame for completion.
HWH will contact you with further details and instructions. Call-backs are estimated at same day.
HWH calls might come thru on cell phones as “SPAM”. You can expect HWH calls to come from “563” area code.
