- To prevent transportation related product damage, we are using robust returnable shipping containers.
- Returnable containers will be charged for, however they will be credited the same amount after returned to HWH. Customer will be responsible for return freight charges.
- Customer can arrange return freight or request that HWH arrange freight. (See attached "RSC Return Request Form".) If HWH arranges pre-paid freight, the customer will be invoiced for the amount. Containers must be collapsed and packaged according to provided instructions to avoid excessive freight costs. (See "Instructions for Container Collapsing".) Excessive freight costs will be passed on to Customer.
- Customer must obtain a Credit RGA number prior to return. (See attached "RSC Return Request Form".) Return shipment must specify the Credit RGA#.
- Returnable shipping containers currently available are shown below.

WIRE BASKET (C0478) | ||
1. Release pin-latches on sides of basket. (Latches may be on one side only, or on two opposite sides.) 2. Lift up on remaining sides, to detach from base, then fold onto base of basket. |
3. Fold last remaining side onto base of basket. If returning multiple baskets, stack collapsed baskets on top of each other. Band securely to create one handling/shipping unit. |

LARGE CRATE: Wood Top CT149 | ||
Remove top cross-members. Remove vertical legs. Store cross-members and legs as shown in pictures. Band legs & cross-members to base to keep from falling off during shipment. If returning multiple crates, stack collapsed steel-bases on top of each other, then place multiple wood-tops on very top. Band securely to create one handling/shipping unit. |
